Quality boiler installations & boiler repairs in fife

Brilliant lads, can't praise them highly enough! They came out the same day to service the boiler, had to condemn it, and were back a few days later to fit the new one. Both lads were lovely and Simon came back in the evening after I'd finished my work to explain how the new set up worked. Fantastic service and thank you so much

I used MyBuilder.com to find an engineer, Simon came out tops with his speed of response, his knowledge of the boiler I wanted, his keen pricing, agreeing a time to fit it, the speed that he fitted it, he brought his dad, we spent more time taking about the past, Simon did not mind as he is a very nice guy, someone you can trust, my boiler is up and running, no problems it is silent, in fact my kettle makes more noise. 

Phoned ST Gas Monday, Simon came out to see us Tuesday needed my boiler changed quickly he didn't have anything for Thursday so that was great. Simon and his boy's came first thing on Thursday morning worked all day with a 15 min break finished Thursday about 4pm. Changed boiler with new combi had to renew all my pipes, removed tank in loft and flushed and cleaned radiators out, thank you so much Christine Anderson.

I needed to remove an old electric space heater and hot water immersion system with a brand new condensing boiler, flue, pipework, rads and controls in a terraced 2 bedroom rental property. This all had to be done remotely as I live in England. I found Simon’s company via his glowing reviews on the net. He promptly picked up the keys from my letting agency, visited the property, gave me a clear understanding of what needed to be done, and quoted a reasonable price.

Simon installed a new boiler for me last week (see review) yesterday I had a problem with the thermostat ( am not a Tec person) I phoned Simon for help/advise, although he was very busy he took his time to speak me through the resetting and all was up and running in 5 minutes, Great Support, plain English and very helpful, I will be using Simon for all future jobs. Recently purchased a new home noticed heating had no pressure and was not working despite home report saying all was fine.Searched for heating engineer in Fife and called and spoke with Simon.He arranged a time the next day despite his busy schedule.Turned up on time very knowledgeable and courteous and immediately found the problem.Told me the price for the parts fitted these the following day between other appointments he already had.
